Experience of FCPS Part 1 Dentistry November 2024 Evening

“Tips For Dentistry Part -1 ”

I have passed Fcps part 1 November 2024 (Evening) .
I want to share my journey with all of you new aspirints ,may be it help someone.

I left in very close margin in Aug 2024 attempt.
In My view To pass Fcps part 1 you should take help from 4 main Sources ;
#1. Raffi Pearl’s (Golden Points)
It is the Main source souce you need to have full gripped on it.
The more you will revise the more it will be rewarding ..
(In my opinion you should atleast read it 5 times especially min 2 times in the last 10 days)
For dentistry you should atleast Done brachial plexus from upper limb
( watch TCML 2 to 3 videos on YouTube first)
#2 : CoffeeDent App/ JK Past papers:
This is the 2nd most reliable Source to Pass Part 1 in Dentistry.
In my first attempt I only do past papers and some portion from it but in my 2nd attempt (due to enough time ) I did most of It’s portion.,nd You know what
When I was solving paper it was just like everything I have read before in nov evening 2024.
You should atleast do 2 times any portion you read and past paper from 2018-24 atleast 3 times and other past papers atleast 2 times before giving Part 1.
It will boost your confidence alot …
(In last days my speed was 10 Mcqs)
OTHER interesting thing is that Mcqs answers are UP To Date and the Author Is very cooperative when you approached him to discuss about the key 🔑 of any Mcqs …(He will provide you the reference I.e depends on you accept or reject
In conflicting case I Always preferred Rafi’s Key)
3. Asim And Shoib :
I only do Anatomy and Biochemistry portion (which is only 13 mcqs in 2nd Ed)
Because in one time it is impossible to do revise so many books.
4. Double AA : For Dentistry you should do Atleast Pharmacology portion from Double AA.
Others portion you should do are Neuro Mcqs and Biochemistry.
If you have time do all the points which are 2,3 pages before every chapter in AA …
They are quick points full of knowledge.
5. The One and Only thing which will create different are the WhatsApp groups….
Especially i.e.
[ ] Dr Naveed (best of All)
[ ] Double AA
[ ] Sk
[ ] MNS
And many more
