1.Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, purchasing a course or using any part of coffeedent.org (the website, its apps, notes, MCQs, quizzes, mock tests, community and any other material), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use coffeedent.
2.Your account
- Your account is for one person only: you. Sharing your login, password or account with anyone else is not allowed.
- Please give correct details (name, email) when you register. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account.
- To protect content, coffeedent may limit the number of devices or sessions logged in at the same time, and may log you out of other devices.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
3.Courses, subscription period and access
- Each course is sold as a time-based subscription (for example 4, 5 or 6 months). The length is shown on the course page.
- Your subscription starts on the day your course is activated and runs continuously until it ends, whether or not you use it. Time cannot be paused, frozen, extended, moved to a later date or transferred to another person or course.
- When the subscription ends, access to the course content ends automatically. To continue, you need to buy a new subscription.
- Course content is updated and improved from time to time. coffeedent may add, change, rearrange or remove units, notes, questions or features without notice.
4.Payment and activation
- Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees on the course page and may change at any time. A price change does not affect a subscription you have already paid for.
- Payment is made to the accounts shown at checkout. Your order is approved and the course activated after we confirm your payment, so please send your payment screenshot with your order number.
- Payments sent without an order, to the wrong account or without proof may be delayed.
5.No refund policy
ALL SALES ARE FINALOnce a course is subscribed and activated, the fee is not refundable, whether or not you use the course, and whatever the reason (including a change of plan, exam date or result). Unused time is not refunded or carried over.
If you paid twice for the same order by mistake, or your course was never activated after payment, contact us within 7 days and we will look into it.
6.Copyright and ownership
© STRICT COPYRIGHT NOTICEAll content on coffeedent, including notes, MCQs, explanations, mnemonics, diagrams, images, tables, past-paper compilations, mock tests, videos, page designs and the coffeedent name and logo, is the exclusive property of coffeedent and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws of Pakistan and international law. All rights are reserved.
- Your subscription gives you a personal, limited, non-transferable licence to view the content online for your own exam preparation during your subscription. It does not give you any ownership of the content.
- No part of the content may be copied, reproduced, stored, distributed, published, sold, translated or used to make other material in any form or by any means without our written permission.
7.Content protection: what is not allowed
To keep our content protected at every level, the following are strictly prohibited:
- Taking screenshots, screen recordings, photos or videos of any content, notes, MCQs or explanations.
- Copying, downloading, printing, saving or scraping content, including with software, browser tools, extensions, bots or AI tools.
- Sharing content in any form on WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, websites, PDFs, books, notes, academies or study groups, whether free or paid.
- Reselling, renting or giving access to your account or to the content, or using it to run classes, coaching or another course.
- Trying to get around the site’s security, protection, watermark or login systems.
Content on coffeedent carries visible and hidden watermarks linked to your account, and activity is monitored. Material that is leaked or shared can be traced back to the account it came from.
Breaking these rules will lead to immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account without refund, and coffeedent may take legal action, including under the Copyright Ordinance, 1962 and the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016, and claim damages.
8.End user policy and community conduct
- Use coffeedent only for lawful, personal study.
- In the course community, comments and messages, be respectful. Abuse, harassment, spam, advertising, false information and posting other people’s copyrighted material are not allowed.
- Do not post or share questions, answers or content from the course outside coffeedent.
- coffeedent may remove any post and restrict any account that breaks these rules.
9.Educational disclaimer
- coffeedent provides educational material to help you prepare for exams. It is not a substitute for standard textbooks, official guidance or clinical training.
- We work hard to keep content accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every item is free of errors. If you find a mistake, please tell us and we will review it.
- coffeedent does not guarantee any exam result. Your result depends on your own preparation.
- coffeedent is an independent platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by CPSP, any university, commission or examining body. Exam names are used only to describe what our courses prepare for.
10.Privacy
- We collect the details needed to run your account and orders (such as name, email and order details) and basic usage data used to run the site, show your progress and protect content.
- We do not sell your personal information. We share it only when needed to run the service (for example payment checks) or when required by law.
11.Suspension and termination
coffeedent may suspend or close an account, without refund, if these terms are broken, if the account is shared, or if we detect copying, leaking or misuse of content. You may stop using coffeedent at any time.
12.Availability and limitation of liability
- We aim to keep coffeedent available at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. Short interruptions do not extend your subscription.
- To the extent allowed by law, coffeedent is not liable for any indirect loss arising from use of the website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned.
13.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its date. By continuing to use coffeedent after a change, you accept the updated terms.
14.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
